Pepper Rubbed Pork Ribs and Filet Mignon

Just places in the Sous Vide Bath. I picked up these ribs at an Amish Farm Stand. The Filet is Organic Grass Fed Grass Finished ( the only way to go ). Looking forward to finishing both after an 8 hour soak.
